One of the many things that HIM Business School does to prepare students for life after graduation is ATLAS – our capstone project and live business simulation that builds bridge between academic studies and real business challenges.

For two intensive days, the students worked in teams to manage a simulated global coffee supply chain, where they took on different roles in the industry:

After the project, students received not only their academic results but also a certificate of competence with a Skills Radar Map that shows what skills they master best. It is a concrete tool that can make a big difference in a job interview and helps employers to quickly understand the student’s strengths.
