Marangoni students at Versace Fashion Show

Going to a fashion show for an iconic brand like Versace is an unforgettable experience. A selected group of students has been invited from Istituto Marangoni Milano for several years. However, before the spring and summer 2024 fashion show, the brand went one step further and opened the backstage area for students, so that they could experience the preparations for the screening and meet Donatella Versace personally.

During their visit backstage, the students were able to participate in the rehearsals of the show and meet top models such as Gigi Hadid, Claudia Schiffer, Kendall Jenner and Vittoria Ceretti.

The Versace experience was one of the many incredible moments that the school’s students experienced during this year’s fashion week in Milan. Among other things, GCDS got to see its SS24 collection “Mediterraneo” again, where the brand’s creative designer Giuliano Calza and the show’s stylist Anna Trevelyan guided a selected group of students through the look.
